Mocktail recipe: York Tang
Bartender Max Prashad shares his recipe for our November mocktail, the York Tang.
You’ll need: a Boston shaker, a Hawthorn strainer, a bar spoon and a rocks glass.
50ml lime cordial
20ml mint gomme
75ml apple juice
5ml of grenadine
4 mint leaves
2 Lime slices
Garnish: mint sprig
– Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice
– Add the mint gomme, lime cordial, apple juice and lime slices to the shaker
– Hard shake over cubed ice and strain into the glass
– Slowly pour in the grenadine (you can use an upturned bar spoon to help) and garnish with a mint sprig
