Mocktail recipe: Sicilian Lemonade

Sicilian Lemonade

This month our mocktail couldn’t be more simple – a quick and easy Sicilian Lemonade by Bartender Sam Claridge.

You’ll need: a Boston shaker, a Hawthorn strainer and a highball glass.


Juice of a lemon
25ml sugar syrup
Garnish: slice of lemon


– Add the lemon juice and sugar syrup to a Boston shaker and shake with cubed ice
– Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with cubed ice
– Top with lemonade
– Cap with crushed ice and garnish with a slice of lemon
