Mocktail recipe: Sherbet Lemon
Inspired by the flavour of shebert lemon, Bartender Sam Claridge shares his August mocktail recipe with us.
You’ll need a Boston shaker, Hawthorn strainer and a highball glass.
50ml pineapple juice
12.5ml vanilla syrup
Juice of half a lime
Garnish: half a lemon slice
– Add the pineapple juice, vanilla syrup and lime juice to a Boston shaker and shake with cubed ice
– Single strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice
– Top with the lemonade, a little crushed ice and slowly pour in the grendaine
– Garnish with half a lemon slice
