Mocktail recipe: Muddled Martini

Muddled Martini Mocktail

May’s mocktail uses summer fruits to create a delicious alochol-free take on the martini.

You’ll need a Japanese mixing glass, muddler, bar spoon, Hawthorn strainer, fine strainer and a coupe glass.


6 strawberries, roughly chopped
3 raspberries
5ml sugar syrup
10ml elderflower cordial
Juice of half a lime
50ml apple juice
Garnish: orange twist


– Add the fruit to a Japanese mixing glass and muddle till puréed
– Add the sugar syrup and elderflower cordial
– Half fill the mixing glass with cubed ice and gradually stir in the apple juice
– Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange twist
