Mocktail recipe: Garden Spritz
This month’s mocktail recipe comes from Bartender Joe Ashworth. Using Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit, Joe has created a light and refreshing drink that’s perfect for the warmer weather.
You’ll need a 12oz highball glass and a bar spoon.
50ml Seedlip 108
5 mint leaves
10ml gomme syrup
Fever Tree tonic
Garnish: rosemary sprig
– To a highball glass, add the Seedlip and plenty of cubed ice
– Place the mint leaves in one hand and gently ‘smack’ with the other – this starts to extract the oils
– Add the mint to the glass along with the gomme and stir for a few seconds
– Top up with tonic and garnish with a sprig of rosemary
