Mocktail recipe: Cookies and Cream
This month’s mocktail recipe comes from Bartender Rachel Nesbit. The Cookies and Cream was a runner up in our January mocktail competition and will soon become a permanent feature on the Chapter House menu.
You’ll need a Boston shaker, a Hawthorn strainer, a fine strainer and a coupe glass.
75ml full fat milk
50ml double cream
50ml chocolate cookie syrup
Garnish: crumbled chocolate cookies
– Chill the glass using crushed ice
– To a Boston shaker add the milk, double cream and chocolate cookie syrup
– Add ice and shake
– Discard the ice from the glass
– Double strain into the glass and top with crumbled chocolate cookies
