Mocktail recipe: Belderflower
Bartender Joe Hancher has created this month’s mocktail, the Belderflower. A combination of blackberries and elderflower, it’s the perfect spring drink.
You’ll need a Boston shaker, Hawthorn strainer, fine strainer, and a 12oz highball glass.
25ml cranberry juice
half a lemon, juiced
1 fresh blackberry
– Add all of the ingredients to a Boston shaker and shake with ice
– Add cubed iced to a highball glass
– Double strain into the glass
– Fill up half way, then top with soda water
– Ganish with a blackberry
