Cocktail of the month: The Next Chapter

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, we’ve prepared some fantastic cocktails that are perfect for date night. Our pick of the bunch is The Next Chapter by Bartender Nick Wardell.

You’ll need a Boston shaker, muddler, a Hawthorn strainer, a fine strainer and a coupe glass.

Ingredients

3 strawberries
10ml vanilla syrup
Juice of a lemon
20ml Absolut vodka
25ml Disaronno
1 egg white
Garnish: Viola flower

Method

– Chill the glass using crushed ice
– To a Boston shaker add the strawberries and muddle
– Add the vanilla syrup, lemon juice, egg white, Disaronno and vodka
– Dry shake, then shake with ice
– Double strain into the glass and garnish with a viola flower
