Cocktail of the month: Seville Spring
This month’s cocktail recipe comes from Bartender Joe Hancher. The Seville Spring is a deliciously creamy cocktail that’s also a great alternative to a dessert.
You’ll need a Boston shaker, Hawthorn strainer, fine strainer, bar spoon and a coupe glass.
25ml Grand Marnier
2 dashes orange bitters
12.5ml vanilla syrup
Garnish: dehydrated orange slice and cocoa powder
– Add all of the ingredients to a Boston shaker and shake until combined
– Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a slice of dehydrated orange and a dusting of cocoa powder
