Cocktail of the Month: Jack O’Lantern

With Halloween coming up at the end of the month, we though we’d share our recipe for a pumpkin-spiked Old Fashioned.

You’ll need a Japanese mixing glass, a strainer, a bar spoon and a tumbler glass.

Ingredients

50ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey
20ml pumpkin syrup
Dash of orange bitters
Garnish: orange twist

Method

– Add the Jack Daniel’s and pumpkin syrup to a Japanese mixing glass with plenty of ice and stir for at least five minutes with a bar spoon.
– .Strain into a tumbler.
– Add a dash of orange bitters.
– Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
