Cocktail of the month: Cherry Kiss
We’re celebrating Valentine’s Day all month long at Chapter House, with Bartender Sam Claridge’s Cherry Kiss.
You’ll need: a Boston shaker, a Hawthorne strainer, a fine strainer and a coupe glass.
12.5ml cherry syrup
50ml pineapple juice
Garnish: dried rose petals
– Chill a coupe glass with crushed ice.
– Add all of the ingredients to a Boston shaker and hard shake.
– Discard the crushed ice in the coupe glass.
– Double strain in the cocktail and garnish with dried rose petals.
