Blueberry Fizz mocktail recipe

Our last mocktail recipe proved so popular that we’ve decided to share another recipe with you. When asked to create a non-alcoholic cocktail for a guest who loved blueberries, Bartender Bethany Kelly invented her Blueberry Fizz.
You’ll need a 12oz highball glass, muddler, a Boston shaker and a strainer.
Ingredients
Handful of blueberries
20ml blueberry purée*
50ml fresh orange juice
Juice of half a lime
25ml cranberry juice
5ml sugar syrup
Garnish: blueberries, a wedge of lime and a sprig of mint
Method
– Muddle the blueberries in the Boston shaker.
– Add the blueberry purée, orange juice, lime juice, cranberry juice and sugar syrup.
– Shake, then strain the cocktail into a 12oz highball glass filled with crushed ice.
– Top with lemonade.
– Garnish with a few blueberries, a spring of mint and a wedge of lime.
*If you can’t find blueberry purée, follow this simple recipe: add 100g blueberries, dash of lemon juice, 10g sugar and a 1sp icing sugar. Blend and strain through a fine sieve.
