Cocktail of the month: Spring Fling
March sees the arrival of spring and we’re celebrating with our Spring Fling cocktail, available in the bar all month long.
You’ll need a Boston shaker, a Hawthorn strainer and a coupe glass.
20ml Tanqueray gin
25ml elderflower liqueur
5ml gomme syrup
Juice of half a lemon
Garnish: Viola flower
– Chill the glass using crushed ice
– To a Boston shaker add the gin, elderflower liqueur, gomme syrup and lemon juice
– Add ice and shake
– Discard the ice from the glass and add the grenadine
– Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass, top with rose lemonade and garnish with a viola flower
