Christmas cocktail: Winter Wonderland
Bartender Sam Claridge’s creamy cinnamon-spiced cocktail makes a great accompaniment to festive desserts.
You’ll need: a Boston shaker, a Hawthorn strainer and a couple glass.
25ml single cream
25ml full fat milk
25ml cinnamon syrup
Garnish: grated nutmeg
– Chill the coupe glass by filling with crushed ice
– Add all of the ingredients to a Boston shaker and roll, rather than shake (this ensures the drink doesn’t become too frothy)
– Discard the ice in the glass, and then strain in the cocktail
– Garnish with a pinch of grated nutmeg
